1. Responsible for the overall promotion of new product development projects for components and complete machines at the Yanzhou factory, ensuring that the projects achieve their goals as planned.
2. Accept customer needs and facilitate their decomposition, transmission, and implementation within the factory.
3. Coordinate relevant departments such as production, process, quality, and logistics to facilitate project review, progress tracking, and problem closure.
4. Develop and track project plans and key milestones, identify risks, and promote the implementation of corresponding measures.
5. Facilitate resource coordination and problem-solving during the introduction of new products to ensure smooth project implementation.
6. Organize project regular meetings and cross-departmental communication, and provide timely feedback on project progress, key issues, and improvement suggestions.
7. Monitor project quality, delivery, cost, and progress performance to drive the achievement of project objectives.
8. Promote project data management, enhance collaboration efficiency, and continuously improve project management.
1.Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
2.Relevant experience in new product development, manufacturing operations, or project management; experience in plant-based project ｅxecution is preferred.
3.Familiarity with new product introduction processes in a manufacturing environment, with a good understanding of Production, Process Engineering, Quality, and Logistics functions.
4.Strong project coordination, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
5.Strong sense of ownership and ｅxecution, with the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and achieve project goals.
6.Good communication skills in both Chinese and English; fluent spoken English is preferred.
